Regrettably, I cannot endorse paying for an investigation in this home based on my experience. The display of unprofessionalism and numerous factors causing interference compromised the integrity of the investigation. I was uncomfortable with the presence of cameras that were on without prior notification or consent. If I had known about the camera prior and signed something that acknowledged them I perhaps would have felt more comfortable, but being that I was going to sleep downstairs with the cameras on me I chose to leave, I didn’t feel I could be there without my privacy being compromised.

While there were many stories shared by the owners, I was disappointed by the lack of presented evidence supporting these claims. Additionally, information about past crimes and activities was shared to be on their side of the duplex and in the inaccessible basement which made me question why we would only be allowed on the other half of the duplex. If the activity was mainly in the other parts of the home I personally would be encouraging those parts to be investigated by a paranormal team so I could provide further proof.

Even if the place had presented as haunted (which I didn’t get that impression) I wouldn’t feel comfortable supporting that claim with the evidence collected due to the numerous interfering factors.

After watching for some time the way these folks conduct business, and show how incredibly immature they are towards those who may not have found it to be haunted or obtaining credible evidence, it’s lead me to write this review. Professionalism and integrity is everything. In a field where there is so much drama it’s evident that they clearly rather be apart of the drama and perpetuate issues rather than conducting themselves in a professional manor and accepting the good feedback along with the bad.
Further more, After watching them bully the rest of the crew that was there that night, making up lies, and threatening my friend publicly on a podcast, I wouldn’t consider returning and paying for a stay based on these experiences.

    CONS

    • Unprofessional
    • Unethical
    • No credible documents to back up claims.

So I want to preface my experience, with the fact that this was not a full blown investigation. I was there for a total of 2 hours for an incognito tour and mini investigation/hang out with friends. But experiencing what I did, there are a few things I would consider prior to booking. Definitely keep the groups small. It is not a huge place and noise is definitely a factor. Bearing that all in mind, the floors are not level, so you will get a disorienting effect when walking up the stairs as well as standing in any of the rooms on the second floor. On my next visit, I would definitely like to see the basement. Overall, not a bad Haunt, and the crew leading the future tours and investigations here are TOP NOTCH.
