Historically this location has many stories of deaths and hangings on property. The winding staircase to the attic was an awesome sight to see. a lot of great activity in the courtrooms, as well as the attached home that belonged to the mayor (I believe). Documents are still strewn throughout this location in the basements that offer a timeline of the location. The tunnels underneath the jail and courthouse that were once used to transport prisoners held an eerie feeling. and a dirt mound hidden behind a panel that showcased carvings of faces was a haunting reminder of the time spent for some waiting for their ultimate fate.
